So what's the deal with rain boots? I realize it was raining crazily outside for the past couple days, but seriously, can't we find something a bit cuter to wear?
For some reason, I just cannot seem to like these boots made from rubber that remind me of being a child. I truly understand the need to be dry and warm, but there really are a ton of other shoes available at every price point that will have the same effect! It was especially hilarious seeing these girls stomp around in their big ole rubber boots once the rain went away and the sun came out! You look like you're about to go work on a farm!!! Ladies, this is just unecessary in California! Just throw on a pair of good leather/patent boots and be on your merry way.
On a serious note, I apologize for the rant...and I'm sorry if you like them [they can look cute on some people], so I will get to my point! There are much better options available in which I will show you below... [even though I'm crossing my fingers that we don't get anymore rain!]. P.S Don't even get me started on Uggs...I wear them in the house and to take the dog outside, they are not for going out drinking at night!
